These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Synpath law services. By engaging Synpath, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide dispute resolution, Shariah compliance advisory, and cross-border deal structuring services in Malaysia and internationally.
Service fees are quoted per engagement and subject to a written engagement letter. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments incur interest at 1.5% monthly.
All client information is confidential and protected under attorney-client privilege. We do not disclose client details without written consent, except as required by law or court order.
Synpath's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by Malaysian law and resolved through arbitration under the KLRCA rules. Both parties waive the right to litigation.
Personal data is processed according to Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and GDPR requirements where applicable. We retain data only as long as necessary for legal or business purposes. You have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of your data. Contact privacy@synpath.com to exercise these rights.
Either party may terminate services with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due and we will return all client materials within 7 days.
Synpath reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
